new 2016 Honda HRV Purchasing Experience I just got a Honda HRV Certified used brand new car (2016) with 3000k miles on it. I was told from my Sales Rep, Jerome, that getting a certified warr I just got a Honda HRV Certified used brand new car (2016) with 3000k miles on it. I was told from my Sales Rep, Jerome, that getting a certified warranty is rare on new cars. I was lucky, he was so patient and great in teaching me all the new technology, (I have not purchased a car in 12 years). The finance Mgr Brian was awesome in getting me deals with warranty and my interest rate. I've heard and seen the commercials for Commonwealth dealership "Shop us last" and I decided I can do this. I held my breathe as my sister and I pulled in and to my surprised we were greeted by Iban Rojas with a large smile. I let Iban know that I wanted to see the Honda HR-V and as fast as fast could be he showed me the car I wanted to see and answered all my questions. I wasn't able to make the decision that day to purchase the car as my husband was out of the country. I asked Iban for his business card and he asked me to follow him inside and I dreaded to go inside as I felt like he was going to hold me hostage. I was so wrong he was super nice and treated me like I was a person who had feelings. I wasn't held hostage and I was able to speak with my husband that night and I came back to purchase MY NEW CAR two days later from Iban Rojas. I thanked Iban for treating me like a person and understanding me it made a world of difference! I can't be happier thank you Iban & Commonwealth! More

Honesty is the best policy I just bought a used Honda CRV and brought it to Commonwealth Honda for a state inspection sticker. One of the headlights was out of alignment, and the car would not pass inspection. Lee Boudreau advised me of the state's 30-day "lemon law' guidelines and suggested I take the car back to the dealer for this repair. However, I was already at Commonwealth and I trust their work. Lee had the headlight reexamined and adjusted (there was a problem with a retaining bracket) and I walked out less than an hour later. The cost? $23...and no push for a new bracket, new headlight, etc. You can trust these folks. More
