In the beginning the monthly payment was more than what i mentioned to her but she got it down within my range. Carmen Coviello was very helpful and understanding with the situation I was in at the time. Karen Pelletier who financed my car was very patient with me while I was irritated. My family and myself have only bought cars from commonwealth and we never been dissatisfied with them! They are all professional and very pleasant!! Definitely would recommend them to everyone More

Great Experience I had been considering the purchase of a new vehicle for a long time now. When I finally decided to go forward with it I stopped at Commonwealth Honda and was greeted by Jane Moran. Jane was extremely helpful and patient thru the selection process before I finally chose the 2016 Civic. Brian Philo also provided me excellent customer service and went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and finance plan. My experience at Commonwealth was excellent and I would recommend it to others interested in purchasing a Honda. More

Straight Forward, Honest, Sincere people. At the age of 19 and wanting to get into my first lease, I knew it wouldn't be an easy experience. I went to multiple dealerships, and received what At the age of 19 and wanting to get into my first lease, I knew it wouldn't be an easy experience. I went to multiple dealerships, and received what I expected; too much negotiating, pressure, and horrible service. Commonwealth Honda was my next destination and the final one. I was greeted by Joel right away, seated and asked what I was looking for. I was originally set on a HRV, but after discussing my situation Joel suggested the Civic, I thought I was set on getting myself into a SUV.. until a test drive in the Civic. Joel was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and explained everything. Moving forward with the civic, I was provided with worse case scenario numbers first... Which was highly appreciated after being promised amazing numbers by other dealerships and then denied for such payments. (Even the worse case scenario wasn't as bad as expected.) Carmen was the next to help me with the numbers side of it. He was very straight forward with my situation, and things I did not understand he explained perfectly without making me feel stupid. Next was John Murray, another straightforward person who listened and understood my situation. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me in every way possible to get the payment I needed to work for me. This whole process was done within just a few hours and I left feeling that none of my time had been wasted. I was greeted by Joel the following day when I came to pick up my new car. I was expecting to be handed the keys and be on my way. Instead Joel took me out to the car, and took the time to show me all the specifics of the vehicle and how everything worked. I highly recommend Commonwealth, and wish I had shopped them first! Straight Forward, Honest, Sincere people. More

I arrived at their service center o I've given Commonwealth Honda an excellent review because of their quality work and outstanding customer service. I arrived at their service center on 14Apr16 to address the maintenance minder code “B1” that popped up on my dashboard display. Jorge Crespo greeted me immediately, looked at my minder code, and quickly informed me that the code signaled the need for an oil change and tire rotation. Jorge walked me over to his station, and looked up my service record. To my surprise, he told me that the last service I had there included a tire rotation, so I only needed the oil change this time. His honesty saved me money! Then he happily told me that my wait time would be no more than an hour. This was great news since I showed up without an appointment. I spent the next hour working in Commonwealth’s business center which provides free WIFI. In exactly the amount of time that I was told, Jorge came back to tell me that my car was ready. He summarized the work that was done, let me know that everything looked good, and informed me which parking space I could find my car. I fully recommend the service center at Commonwealth Honda for all your vehicle maintenance. More
