They take customer service to a whole new level I purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V Touring edition just 2 days ago and I couldnt be happier. From the moment I arrived, Gilberto Pitta in sales was there t I purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V Touring edition just 2 days ago and I couldnt be happier. From the moment I arrived, Gilberto Pitta in sales was there to meet and greet me, answered all of my questions and provided friendly professional service that included a tour of the dealership and made the arrangements for the test drive on this vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. The financial process was a breeze thanks to financial wizard EXTRAORDINAIRE, Brian Philo ! This man never ceased to amaze me from his warm,and personal approach to his immense knowledge on all things financial. He was able to obtain for me the maximum trade value for my 2011 Nissan Rogue with 127000 miles ! He worked quickly and diligently to obtain the lowest interest rate ! He pulled the deal together with a degree of professionalism I have never seen before. I offer my deepest thanks to these fine gentlemen and and of course Mr. Daher, himself, the owner who runs this business in a phenomenal fashion, who i had the pleasure to meet. Straightforward Sticker I pulled in near month's end for an oil change & inspection sticker. I was a bit wary about the sticker because of a recent "check fuel cap" dashboard I pulled in near month's end for an oil change & inspection sticker. I was a bit wary about the sticker because of a recent "check fuel cap" dashboard message, which had been cleared from the onboard computer one hundred miles previous. No funny business on the sticker though - I was in and out of there in about 75 minutes. Very pleased. More

Great experience, no hassle! I had gone to the dealership a week earlier to look at a Honda HRV but decided it was not what I needed. I looked a little at other cars while I was I had gone to the dealership a week earlier to look at a Honda HRV but decided it was not what I needed. I looked a little at other cars while I was there. No pressure from salesperson (Ainsley Brown) when he found out that I was not interested in the HRV. He let me look and was there to answer any questions I had. After looking at other makes of cars I decided to go back to Commonwealth to take another look at the Honda Civic Sedan. Ainsley welcomed me and answered my questions. Needed a vehicle with a little more room in the back seat for my granddaughter. Let her check it out to make sure it accommodated her needs. Went back that evening to finalize the sale. Karen the financial person was great. No pressure to purchase additional warranty, which I did. It was a very smooth transaction. I was dreading the idea of looking for a new vehicle, but the people at Commonwealth made it easy. Glad I went back. More
