Easy and Freindly We were looking for a replacement vehicle for my wife who was driving a 2014 Focus that we were not happy with. I went on line and researched the CRV We were looking for a replacement vehicle for my wife who was driving a 2014 Focus that we were not happy with. I went on line and researched the CRV and felt that it would be a great replacement. We made an appointment on a Wednesday and met with Joel Cartagena. We picked out a 2016 black CRV LX and took it for a test drive and my wife was very comfortable as I was due to its performance and safety. We worked a trade and lease with Joel and settled on the payment. I told Joel that we were leaving for New York Friday morning and could the car be ready by then. Friday 10am we went to the dealership and within 30 minutes were out the door and on our way. The dealership could not have been more pleasurable to deal with and I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone. More

In fact after being denied for the loan at first Jane somehow managed not only to find me financing, but got me into a 2016 vehicle. I was as amazed. Love my CR-V! Thanks Jane! I have been with Honda for years and have gone through different several local dealerships. After working with Jane Moran and the team at Commonwealth I have been with Honda for years and have gone through different several local dealerships. After working with Jane Moran and the team at Commonwealth Honda I will never go anywhere else ever again. Having two, 2 year olds the need to upgrade from a Civic to something that could handle 2 car seats, double stroller (without taking it apart) laundry, groceries became increasingly pressing. Jane was understanding of my goals and went above and beyond in accommodating me and my family during the time we spent with her on the lot. I was able to get into a CR-V for an exceptionally fair price. The customer service at commonwealth is beyond over the top, everyone was friendly and accomodating. More

AWESOME SERVICE ***** AWESOME DEALERSHIP***** I purchased a used car at Commonwealth Motors about a year ago, and like most used cars it had it's issues. I got in contact with Brain Hesse who list I purchased a used car at Commonwealth Motors about a year ago, and like most used cars it had it's issues. I got in contact with Brain Hesse who listened to me and understood where I was coming from when I expressed my concerns about my vehicle. He in turn got me in touch with Tish in the Honda Service Dept.. Tish had me bring my car in to assess the problems and explained her findings to me in a way that I could understand and not get overwhelmed. Long story short Tish got my car repaired and all the problems were fixed. This was a job that would have cost me over $5000 and after all the magic that was done at the dealership I was told my portion of the bill would be less than $400. What a great dealership. I know that if I had gone elsewhere I would have not gotten the Satisfaction I got at Commonwealth Motors.
