He was not only greatly resourceful, but he has a great way of making a positive impact on my experience. Purchasing a vehicle is not usually one of my favorite things to do, but he made the experience that much easier. I wish all my car purchases went this way, but it makes a big difference when you're dealing with people who truly enjoy the work they do & the positive impact they can make on your experience. More

He helped me get into my vehicle that I wanted as he tried his best and made it happened. He has made my experiences by far the best (yes its going to be the second car I've been involved with) and that's all thanks to Brian. He's good at what he does as a financial expert/ business manager and his energy makes the excitement of getting into a new vehicle 10x better. Only an Oil Change When I brought my 2007 Pilot in for an express service oil change, I asked them to check out my steering as well. The steering makes a mild noise when When I brought my 2007 Pilot in for an express service oil change, I asked them to check out my steering as well. The steering makes a mild noise when I cut the wheels in either direction, but I only notice it at slower speeds, so I asked them to check the belt and pump. Maybe the oncoming cold weather has something to do with it. Anyway, Glenn Wallace advised me that since the steering operates correctly, and there's no fluid leak from the steering pump, that my pump might function without issue for another couple or five years - so basically, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I came away quite happy! More

Very easy I initially went to Commonwealth because they were close. I went on their website and found the car I knew I wanted. It was last year's model bur brand new. checked out their price and called and then scheduled an appointment for the next day. Went in and met Esteban and we sailed right through everything that day. That was Sunday and I picked up the car on Tuesday. Couldn't love a car more!!! More

Looked at cars but decided to look at another dealership . Within two hours we returned to Commonwealth Honda and met John Thomson. This gentleman saw us thru all the steps of our purchase making it an easy transaction. A wrinkle arose when the paper work from Honda was not correct. John kept us informed and personally worked at ironing out all outstanding issues. We needed to wait an extra day before we took ownership but we're pleased with the way all issues were handled. We would definetly recommend John and Commonwealth More

They worked with me and in a matter of a few short days i got approved and had a new car!
