As soon as I walked in I saw great customer service from everyone and with welcoming faces. The first employee that assist me and quickly offered my boys and I something to drink was Jerome Nesbeth. Helped me to begin my process and explained to me everything with details. I thank him very much! Than I meet up with Brian Philo that went above and beyond and wouldn't stop for a second until I walked out with one of the greatest gifts today a Honda Civic 2017. I was a walk-in Tuesday night and came across the sells rep. Doug Call whom I may say is extremely friendly and was quick to make me feel "right at home". He first asked me if I'd like anything to drink than proceeded with the next question with a smile on his face..."How can I help you today?". I was fast to blurt out "I need another car can you please help?" And lets just say from there on, he was nothing but helpful. I gave him the car that I wanted vs the options that I was willing to take from him too. We found me a suitable car that night but the process wasn't over. The Business Manager wasn't so we had to save the rest for the next day. Wednesday noon rolls around and I receive a call from a 683-3000 number. I answer and there is Brian Philo. He introduces himself and than continues to talk to me about the car i selected vs the options he has for me. After the exciting conversation I had with Brian, I quickly had to leave work to meet with him so we can further our phone discussion. I get to Commonwealth and the usual warm welcome from ALL of there employees. I finally meet face to face with Brian and GOD may I tell you. He tells me everything I was looking for in a car and more. He was able to pin point everything and also teach me a few things I didn't know about car shopping, loans, and etc. Let's just say the service was fast, accurate, and nothing but good customer service all around. I walked in Tuesday night and left with my new car Friday evening. I highly recommend Honda Commonwealth to everyone when looking into investing into a car. Dropping my interest rate from a 13.84% to a 1.9% Holy cow.. I would have never thought that it would be possible.
