I had my two young children with me and they were able to get me in and out of there in no time. I have and will continue to recommend this dealer not only for Honda service but also sales. Thanks for all the hard work. More
Just recently bought a used Honda Pilot and was working with Carlos the sales manager. Had a great experience and was hassle free. Did most of the negotiations via email and was offered a great deal. Would with Carlos the sales manager. Had a great experience and was hassle free. Did most of the negotiations via email and was offered a great deal. Would recommend to family and friends. I feel the customer service was excellent and was treated very well. Everyone I met was very friendly and I did not find them overbearing at all. I feel for the price that I got on my used vehicle and the trade in value I feel I got a great deal. More
I recently traded in my Honda Accord for a 2008 CRV. This was the 4th car I bought at Commonwealth. I got a great price on my trade and a great price for the CRV. Charles worked with me to make sure I could get into the CRV at a price I could afford. Everything was handled professionally and I was in a car that I absolutely love. I have recommended my parents and my sister to Commonwealth Motors and they are equally as thrilled at the professionalism of Ed Aziz and the rest of the staff at Commonwealth Motors. More
AVOID THIS PLACE... unless you're interested in being AVOID THIS PLACE... unless you're interested in being treated like garbage by the SALES MANAGER while having your time wasted. I went to check out a AVOID THIS PLACE... unless you're interested in being treated like garbage by the SALES MANAGER while having your time wasted. I went to check out a vehicle posted on Cars.com. I was told it sold 2 weeks ago after no one seemed to know what car I was referring to...and then the fun began. Up, down and all around with all the angles as the salesman went back and forth to his manager to relay what type of vehicle I was looking for. It was a bit overwrought. My real complaint comes from my interaction with the SALES MANAGER who came out and proceeded to try to work me over sideways to Sunday. Anyone who has done their homework will not be treated nicely by him. In fact, once he knows you are a saavy consumer and aren't an easy target, you will be insulted and rudely shown the door. Don't waste your time. I should have headed the previous reviews and saved myself the hassle of the sales manager's ugly behavior. More
I have trusted the Commonwealth service department faithfully with my Civic for many years. And while I can't say a negative word about the service department- I can say the Sales department left a ve faithfully with my Civic for many years. And while I can't say a negative word about the service department- I can say the Sales department left a very bad taste in my mouth. After learning that my Civic needed major repairs at a high mileage point, I decided to shop around for an upgrade. So while my Civic was already in the Commonwealth shop, my husband and I decided to talk to someone in Sales. The initial conversation was okay; The salesman was patient and personable and a manager assisted. The manager was a little pushy but we chalked it up to assertive salesman tactics. The next day, determined to get the best deal, my husband and I wanted to do a little comparison shopping and ended up purchasing our new Civic elsewhere.(no pressure, no nonsense, no brainer!) When I returned to Commonwealth the following day to have my old Civic towed to the other dealership for a trade and settle the bill for diagnosis, the above-mentioned manager saw me there and rudely accosted me in front of other customers, agressively grilling me about our change of heart. I was humiliated as he continued to try to make me feel guilty for going elsewhere. He raised his voice and spoke to me like a child who had misbehaved. I literally had to walk out to avoid saying something inappropriate. His obnoxious and unprofessional pleas to convince me we were making a mistake, only confirmed the fact that my husband and I made the right choice by NOT giving Commonwealth Sales as much as $1.00. TAKE THIS ADVICE: the ads say "Shop us last you will love us" - after my experience with them I tell everyone to NOT shop them AT ALL. SUPER SUPER pushy sellers. They pressure you to buy and sign the deal. us" - after my experience with them I tell everyone to NOT shop them AT ALL. SUPER SUPER pushy sellers. They pressure you to buy and sign the deal. Harass you with calls, etc. Claimed they couldn't get teh price down to where I wanted it...they lost out on a sale and I went elsewhere, getting the car for less and being much more satisfied! WILL NOT DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.....EVER!!! More
I was not given a name by the person who answered the phone, I asked if they had a part in stock and the man replied with a "no" and he was swearing as he hung up the phone. I called 2 other Honda deale phone, I asked if they had a part in stock and the man replied with a "no" and he was swearing as he hung up the phone. I called 2 other Honda dealers with the same question and while both dealerships did not have the part I needed they both took the time to talk with me and give recommendations on the best way to service my car. One gave me a price quote for the part and the labor charge if I did not want to install it myself. I will never use this dealership or recommend it to anyone I know. Every other Honda dealership is head and shoulders above this place. More
Words cannot describe the anger that runs thru my wife's bones. It started when my wife decided to purchase a new Honda Accord. She researched the vehicle and found a dealer close to our Andover Ma. home. S bones. It started when my wife decided to purchase a new Honda Accord. She researched the vehicle and found a dealer close to our Andover Ma. home. She went to shopuslast.com and asked for a price quote via email. The very next day she had a quote from Craig Clark. Well, it seemed to be to good to be true because they were beating every one else by atleast $500. She contacted them immediately to confirm the price and to make sure the vehicle was in stock. Craig Clark assured her that everything was correct. We arrived to find that there is a "destination fee" and let us not forget the "doc fee" we asked for the manager and asked him to clarify these fees. A person named Tony came over said he to is from Andover (BIG DEAL) and would like to help. We were told three different explanations about these fees the worst being that this is the Owner's beach house fund. Needless to say we told them we would not buy the vehicle from them. We ended up purchasing from Rockingham Honda for what amounted to $350 less than what Commonwealth was charging and we do not have to fund their Owner's beach house fund. Best Advice watch out ask about all fees and Don't Fund The Beach House! More
I would not recommend this dealer because they cannot be trusted to do the right thing. In plain simple english, they screwed me. Granted, I did not go there to buy a car, but, after my experience with the trusted to do the right thing. In plain simple english, they screwed me. Granted, I did not go there to buy a car, but, after my experience with the upper management, this dealership gives Honda and the whole automotive industry a bad name. I work for a company that helps new car dealers find or liquidate new car inventory. This either helps them make money or save money, depending on what they need to do. In the case of Commonwealth Honda, I was working with the General? Manager, TONY GIANONNE, to find them some new vehicles. TONY GIANONNE expressed that he would like to find some vehicles that were somewhat close to him, to keep the transportation cost low. I found a dealer that was willing to give up a total of 13 cars, and TONY GIANNONE agreed to buy them from the other dealer and pay us our finders fee which is common practice, seeing as most of us have to earn money to make a living, not do volunteer work for low-life car dealers. Once TONY GIANNONE found out where the cars were, he suddenly became a ghost, and would not even pick up his phone. A few days later, by visiting both dealers websites and checking their inventories, we discovered that TONY GIANNONE went ahead and made the deal with the other dealer and cut us right out. When I was finally able to get TONY GIANNONE on the phone, his only response was "I have no idea what you're talking about". Calls and letters from our lawyer went unanswered, and I even tried to get the dealer principal? CHARLIE, on the phone, posing as an unhappy customer, all to no avail, which leads me to beleive that this cancer runs all the way to the top. If Commonwealth Honda can do this to a company that helps them, by getting them more of the vehicles they need, and make money on, I can't imagine the number of customers they screw on a daily basis! Just remember this, TONY GIANNONE, one day soon when your fat xxx is laying on the ground having a heart attack, you can consider me PAID IN FULL!!! More
