I walked into the dealership with my daughter on a Saturday evening. I was turned over to a salesman who upon meeting me would only talk about if was willing to give a $1000.00 hold on my credit card Saturday evening. I told him NO and I would talk with him after we talked about car prices and the best deal they were willing to give. His only concern was the $1000.00 hold. He told me he could/would not go talk to his manger without the $1000.00 hold. I again told him we have not even agreed on any price, so why would he want the $1000.00? I had already been to two other Honda dealerships in the North SHore area and I did have quotes. He them told me he would match the quotes and I told him no, your slogan is to bet the best quote. After this runaround my daughter and I left. The very next morning we went down to Bernardi Honda in Natick and I bought a 2009 CRV EX-L and could not have been happier with the salesman or the entire process. I found this dealership/salesman to be the rudest of four Honda dealerships and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Not sure if the salesman thought I was not worth be taking seriously because I was a woman alone with a daughter but they lost out on a sale of over $30,000.00. More

Carlo was extremely helpful, and made the entire experience a joy from start to end. He's definitely an asset to the team over at the dealership, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Joe, the sales manager, also was very helpful, and was able to work with Carlo and Bob (the finance/insurance representative) to come up with a pricing and financing arrangement that fit within the range my budget would allow for me to reasonably spend. For anyone who's heard horror stories about Commonwealth - I'd have to say that it's a good idea not to believe all the negative stuff that so many of the web sites are saying. The team at the Commonwealth Honda showroom is one of the best I've experienced the pleasure of doing business with, and I look forward to many years of enjoyment of my new vehicle.. :) More

I set up an appointment with Craig Clark and he introduced me to Derek Duffy who helped me with my purchase. The dealership was spotless. The Service area was incredible and I felt I received a great deal. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! More
