We were allowed to test drive the cars in which we were interested without pressure into commiting to buy. After three weeks of trying out vehicles (23 different ones) we came back to Commonwealth and received a warm welcome and a commitment to make out purchase process friendly and unpressured. When we came to pick up our new Honda Accord Coup out salesman Steve was knowledgeable and pleased with our excitement. We love our new car and the hassle free process was a pleasant experience. More

I purchased my new Civic LX AUTO on 4/10/10 through Commonwealth Motors in Lawrence. I have done an extensive research about what car I want and what I expect from the dealership. After getting multipl Commonwealth Motors in Lawrence. I have done an extensive research about what car I want and what I expect from the dealership. After getting multiple quotes from the different dealers in my area I decided to go with Commonwealth Honda as they absolutely met my expectation. From the moment I got in touch with them for the first time I felt being heard and listened to. I never felt being pressured and all of my questions were answered in a timely manner via email or over the phone. Joe Gerbino (Business manager) and Mike Simon as a sales rep were wonderful to provide me with any information I had requested. After they answered all of my questions (including pricing) I went to the dealership to test drive the car. I was greeted by Joe who then introduced me to Mike. Mike showed me the car, answered my questions/concerns and we went for the test drive. During the test drive I like to concentrate on a driving not on the conversation. Mike sensed that and didn't try to engage the conversation unless I asked him a question. Mike was right on the money by allowing me to "feel" the car. Once we got back Mike went through all the pricing and I presented my findings. We both found the common ground without hassle, without being 'double" teamed up...it felt very good that I can express my thoughts and what I want and actually being listened to. Every single step of the way Mike was there making sure I receive absolute attention. Once the price was set up financing part came up. I got approved for what I wanted (1.9%). In total I spent about couple of hours in this wonderful and friendly dealership feeling very good about the entire process. Once I notified my insurance company I came back on Monday (4/12) to pick up my car which was ready and waiting for me. I met Mike again who, once again, answered additional questions that I had. He also showed me the service department and explained everything I needed to know. The service dep. seemed to be very neat and tightly organized. Everyone seemed to know what they are doing. No staff wondering around doing nothing…I was impressed. Cleanliness was very impressive considering that it is a service department and a lot of things can be going on at the same time. Overall, excellent experience and I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to everyone who is on the market for a new Honda. Such a refreshment to see dealership very well organized, professional, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable and willing to make it happen. Keep up the good work. Srdjan More

When buying a car let's face it, it's definitely a trying experience. Being given the run-around on certification, prices, and, warrenties can get exremely frustrating and will wear on you! Luckily, Carlos R experience. Being given the run-around on certification, prices, and, warrenties can get exremely frustrating and will wear on you! Luckily, Carlos Rodriquez is there to actually give a xxxx about the customers at Commonwealth and to ensure they are treated fairly and remain satisfied. Thanks Carlos for mending my overall experience. Also, when information is needed on parts or operation, you won't find a better go-to guy than Michael Distefano. More
I use Commonwealth for all service on my two Accords and my Odyssey and they have always done a great job. Their website allows online service appointments and tracks everything that has been done. At my my Odyssey and they have always done a great job. Their website allows online service appointments and tracks everything that has been done. At my visit today they solved a difficult problem. My radio would only get the strongest stations (one or two at any given time around Boston). They temporarily swapped in a known working antenna and radio and the problem persisted. They had to search around under the dash to find a loose ground wire on the antenna cable; fixing that fixed the problem. Took a lot of work and the use of known good parts but the total charge for the fix was $85. Another good thing is that their shop is very clean, no greasy floors to track goo into your car. Highly recommended. More
I needed to find a car that I could afford on a very limited budget. With really good gas mileage for my long commute to work. Since this was the first time I had ever leased a car, I had plenty of questions. He was more than helpful and very patient. They worked with me until we found something I could afford. All those extras, like dealing with the insurance, registry, inspection sticker etc. just shows how accommidating they are willing to be. And on the day of pick-up he went over each feature of the car so when I drove it off the lot, I was very comfortable. Thanks again for all your help and I look forward to doing business with you again in 36 months. More
My only complaint with the sales personnel was their lack of forethought in telling me a Cashier's check was required in the purchase of the auto. They did not tell me that they could not accept my check. of forethought in telling me a Cashier's check was required in the purchase of the auto. I had previously purchased a Kia from Commonwealth and when it came to purchasing my new car, i focused on the Honda CR-V. Went up to the dealer to test drive and iquire about whether the past customer in when it came to purchasing my new car, i focused on the Honda CR-V. Went up to the dealer to test drive and iquire about whether the past customer incentive would still apply. Commonwealth assurred my wife that it would but when it came time to purchase, they would not and ultimately we took our business elsewhere. This was their deal to lose and it didn't matter More
