As soon as I got to Commonwealth Honda, I felt as if I was being interrogated on the validity of my price email quotes from other local Honda Dealerships. It seemed as if they weren't even trying to work was being interrogated on the validity of my price email quotes from other local Honda Dealerships. It seemed as if they weren't even trying to work with me on getting a good deal even though I lived closeby. I felt as if they were trying to make me feel as if the quotes that I got were a sham and that these other dealerships were only trying to lure me in and then scam me. I felt that these "reps" were not so truthful or attentive to my car buying needs and that they were doing me a favor by sparing me the trouble of visiting other dealerships because their prices were the cheapest around. After being somewhat verbally "aggressive" with them to obtain the best price possible, it seemed as if they were not interested in doing business with me anymore. And that maybe it was a waste of their time because they weren't going to profit much from me due to my aggression on the prices. After calling and leaving my phone number a few times, I never received any phone calls back from them. It's really their loss, I mean I literally live right near them, but now I'm choosing to travel further away to another Honda Dealer in order to get the best service possible. More

Went in for oil change, inspection and TPMS light "ON" They took care of all the issues - car was under warranty, so it only cost the deductible. I was in and out in 1.5 hours. I was also the first in line in the AM. Their service prices are extremely competitive. Service rep (Mark M.) was courteous and friendly. I was not rushed through. Overall, my experience with Commonwealth has been very positive and would definitely buy from them again. More

I had to get an oil change and 2 new tires. We were expecting a hugh snowstorm, so I took my car in. They had me in and out with in oil change and 2 new tires in less than one hour. I headed into to work yesterday in the middle of a blizzard and my Honda CRV did not slide or hesitate at all. This dealership has always gone above and beyond when it comes to servicing my Honda. I'm new in the area so before moving to the MA area I wanted to find a dealership similar to the great quailty I received back home. The service and speed was fast and I was glad that I was able to get my car inspected 30 mins before close. Because I had no clue what time their shop closed and they honored my coupon from IL. I'll be back to get further diagonsed on my tires and I'm happy with my serivce. I wish I had mention to get a quick carwash by I'll ask next time I go to get rid of the salt off my car. Also the waiting areas was nice with wifi and UPDATED TVs I had going to a dealership and it's not updated. Big turn off but at this place you won't have that promblem and it was warm inside another Big plus. More

I would not hesitate to buy another car from them even though they're over 20 miles out of my way and there are other dealerships much closer to me. More
