First, Commonwealth Motors is a well-known, major dealership in our area, and a Honda product was my preference based on my experience with my fantastic 1991 Honda Accord. Second, I have used Commonwealth for service the past few years and found the facility large, clean, and well equipped with knowledgeable, skilled personnel and I feel fair pricing. Third, I had the good fortune to be served by Chris Drew who did a great job of discussing my needs, showing me the big picture of sales and service at Commonwealth dealing with the always troublesome issue of price and walking me through legal issues and paperwork associated with the purchase. Their salespeople are not pushy and do not try to sell you things that you don't need. Finally, the maintenance department is the best I've seen. I told him what I was looking for and from then on things took their course and my purchase was made. Not only is Mr. Ramirez very personable, easy to talk to and listens, he is quite knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling. He truly has made that part of my purchase an "Excellent Experience". Over the 4 week period I spent researching and ultimately purchasing a vehicle, I interacted with no fewer than 6 dealerships. I found Keith Audy (saleman) to be friendly, responsive, timely, open and hones purchasing a vehicle, I interacted with no fewer than 6 dealerships. I found Keith Audy (saleman) to be friendly, responsive, timely, open and honest, and genuinely concerned with my experience purchasing a vehicle. I had particular requirements for vehicle features, price was critical to my decision, and a need for customization of my vehicle --- all of which were handled to my highest satisfaction. This would not have happened without the participation of Keith Audy -- if you got to this dealer, please ask for Keith Audy!!!! As to my "5" ratings above - customer service in customizing my vehicle (replacing cloth interior with leather including adding heated seats) was flawless. The workmanship of the leather looks like it came straight from the factory! Keith Audy exemplified friendliness and drove my overall experience to the top! The dealership on two occasions provided me alternative/lower pricing (to beat a sister dealer) for my business...They were able to backup their words, that "they'll beat anyones price.".... More
