I bought my car here just over a year ago. I use them for all of my service. Won't go anywhere else. They are always fast and friendly, prices are good, and I love the consistency. They know me and my car an all of my service. Won't go anywhere else. They are always fast and friendly, prices are good, and I love the consistency. They know me and my car and keep a complete history. As soon as I pull in they know who I am and know the history on my car. They are also very thorough in explaining everything, and I've never felt like they were just trying to sell more services that I didn't need. Oh yeah, and they've always got good movies playing in the waiting room! :) More

I drove over an hour to Commonwealth motors for a 2009 Honda Pilot Touring. The price was very good on the Honda. The price they offered me for my trade was poor...worse than expected. I went to at least Honda Pilot Touring. The price was very good on the Honda. The price they offered me for my trade was poor...worse than expected. I went to at least a dozen dealerships and did trade in numbers on my 2008 Audi A6 and Commonwealth was the lowest. They stated that they do trade in values by what the car goes for at auction and that is where my car would go. Well...its for sale on their website now as I type this review. With that said I sat on the deal for a few days. My wife wanted an Acadia but I thought the Pilot was a better quality vehicle and Commonwealth had the lowest price for a fully loaded Pilot. I agreed to trade in my Audi and purchase the Pilot. I wanted to take it home the same day because it was a long ride. They said they couldn't do it because it needed to be detailed...fine...I was scheduled to pick it up on Sat. at 5p. I then received a call at 2p stating that the car was not ready because the detail supplies were locked in a closet and the person with the key was not there...Are you serious? The sales woman stated that I could pick the car up but it would not be detailed. I advised her that if I picked up the car without it being detailed I wanted to be compensated. They said no. I asked her to bring the vehicle to me when it is ready due to the inconvenience. She stated no. I had no choice but to drive to Lawrence on a Monday after work. After receiving the car and all the paperwork I told them that I would send them a copy of the inspection so I could be reimbursed for the $29 that I already paid for. I have done this before at other dealerships. They said NO.. I said xxx! They wanted me to drive over an hour to get an inspection sticker and told me they would not reimburse me for the inspection sticker. The only reason I'm spending the time on this HONEST review is because of the $29 inspection fee. In summary I would not go back to Commonwealth. Yes their price was the best on the specific vehicle I was looking for. Yes their trade in offer was the lowest. So is their price really better? I would say yes if you are not trading in your vehicle. If you have a trade then it's not worth driving a long distance to Commonweath. I never did receive my inspection fee that I did pay for. I did receive a box of cookies thanking me for my purchase and urging me to provide this review. More

After having several used cars and countless $$$$ of repairs over the last several years, I was in the market for a new reliable vehicle. I was met by Jeff Donahue as soon as I walked in the lot. I know a few people who have bought hondas and were very happy. I was ready for a reliable vehicle. Jeff was very understanding and worked with the numbers to get me into a 2012 honda civic. I was a little nervous about getting a new car, but he assured me I was getting a very long lasting car. I am very happy with my new car and look forward to years of care free driving. I plan on being a honda customer for a long time. More

My experience at Commonwealth Honda was great. I bought a 2012 Honda Civic LX and I love it. Khasin Lopez was really knowledgable, friendly and great to work with. (I think I was his second sale that day a 2012 Honda Civic LX and I love it. Khasin Lopez was really knowledgable, friendly and great to work with. (I think I was his second sale that day!) He answered all of the questions my dad and I had. We all agreed on a price that was reasonable. Everyone we worked with had excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. More

I am a a young adult who recently graduated from school and was in need of a new vehicle. When I went to commonwealth Gary introduced himself to my boyfriend and I and asked what we were interested in. I a and was in need of a new vehicle. When I went to commonwealth Gary introduced himself to my boyfriend and I and asked what we were interested in. I already knew that I was in the market for a certified Honda accord 2008 and up. I also knew that I would have liked an ex-l version but my price range was under $23,000. I do not know a lot about cars and gary took the time to explain every detail to me and went beyond that to talk to me about what I should look out for if I ended up going else where. I felt that the whole team at commonwealth went above and beyond to help me in any way they could. Not only would I recommend them to anyone that was in the market for a car or car service, but I will also be returning in the future. More

When I first contacted Commonwealth, I requested that I be contacted through email only and they were the only dealer out of 7 who did not contact me by telephone! When I visited the dealership I was great be contacted through email only and they were the only dealer out of 7 who did not contact me by telephone! When I visited the dealership I was greated immediately by Chris Drew. Any questions I had he was able to answer without hesitation and he wasn't pushy like some salemen can be. I had all the information I needed when I arrived at the dealership because they answered all my questions by email. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman. More

I brought my car in on Aug 6, and my service advisor was Edward he was real cool gave me good advice. I also liked that he pulled me to the back to talk to the tech working on my car to show me how terrible Edward he was real cool gave me good advice. The price were pretty high and could've saved $50 at another dealership but I had already setup my appointment with Commonwealth. Plus I trusted the Mechanics and knew my car was going to be running like new. I try not to be cheap on my car repairs but at least my car is paid off and the repairs and service was worth every penny. it would've been nice if I was able to use all my coupons I have printed but cool i was able to save $100. but saving more would've been a whole lot better and this will be my final trip to this dealership. I'm from IL/IN so if I need to do another visit it's only for an oil change if needed. More
