Whenever I bring my car in for service, be it an oil change or something more service I have always received there from all the staff and employees. Whenever I bring my car in for service, be it an oil change or something more involved, they are always responsive, and the work is done promptly and well. I bought a used Honda Ridgeline elsewhere but wanted a hitch and doorguards installed. I've always been impressed by the ads of Commonwealth and I pass it everyday on my way to work. I thought it best to have a Honda Dealer do the work. I first went to the Parts Department to ask questions about types of hitches and doorguards. Sean was very knowledgable and very adept at finding the information quickly. He recommended a moon roof deflector. The prices were very good. That great customer service assured me that the Service Department probably would be the same. And they were. I didn't get the name of the young lady in the Service Department, but she took the time to be sure I understood exactly what they were going to do and she was very organized. I scheduled the work. It was done in the allotted amount of time they said. I was impressed that even though I was a new customer, everyone knew who I was and made sure to ask if everything was alright and done to my satisfaction. I have a few more accessories that I'd like to have done and I'm sure to schedule them at Commonwealth. More

My expectations were not let down, as I was pleased with the continued high customer service. I was pleasantly greeted upon arrival by "Michael ". The Service Advisor also identified the discounted oil change special that was displayed on the service shop advertisement board. Total service was less than 1 hour which was less time than agreed upon when I checked in. I was extremely pleased with the dealership for it's organization, explanation of service options and overall professionalism displayed by the Service Advisor team members. After getting jerked around and lied to repeatedly at other dealers, this was a refreshing change of pace.
