I did a TON of internet research and shopped 4 prior dealers in person before landing at Commonwealth Motors. 'Shop us Last You'll Love Us' is not an understatement. I was promptly greeted (but not 'attacked') upon entrance to the showroom and never felt like a sale. My sales person was attentive, knowlegable, personable and everyone in the organization efficient. I had an extremely competative offer from another dealer and Commonwealth not only matched the deal but was able to get me the car of my choice in a preferred color...keys in hand the next day. I'll definitely return for service of my automobile throughout the course of ownership and shop there again for my next vehicle (...maybe not 'last' though :)) More

My experience at Commonwealth Honda was top notch to say the least. I was treated like family on a very sincere level. I went in on Tuesday July 31, 2012 around 7pm. I looked at and test drove a new Civic. Tee salesman is not listed above and his name is Frank Deneu. He explained all the equipment to me while on the test drive. We got back to the dealer and I looked at a few more colors then decided I wanted the one I drove. He preceeded to walk me around the dealer and show me serivce area and introduced me to some of the technicians and explained to me how the service team operates. We then filled out papaer work and added extended warrantee and a few other items and once completed I got a copy of all the contracts and was set to be picked up on Thursday August 2nd 2012. August 2nd, 2012: I went in to pick up my car and it was spotless and ready. All they needed to do was put my plates from my old car to the new one. I was then walked through the dealer again and thanked by the people involved and they all made sure I knew who to contact if I had any issues or questions. I really felt like they listened and was never under any pressure. They took their time and answered my questions and put it all in writing. So I am very pleased with the way it turned out and how professional my salesman was, Frank Deneu, and I was very impressed that he called me afterwards and asked if I had any additional questions now that I am driving the car. I didn't, but was very happy that he reached out to me in that way since I have never been called by a car salesman before after the sale to ask if there were any concerns. So I can't give them a hi enough rating. They are definitely above the rankings I could give them here. More

This was our second lease of a car at Commonwealth Honda. Three years ago we leased a 2009 CRV and had a great experience with Malcom Price who has since become a manager. Last week we went in and met Gary Kotyla as a referral from another salesman in Commonwealth Chevrolet. Gary was an excellent professional with us from the start. We gave him our objective, which was to downsize to an Accord. We gave Gary our parameters and he found the car we wanted and our payment met our goal! I would recommend Gary to anyone. He will listen to you and he will not push anything on you. He is a professional all the way! More

Salesperson Vladimir promised a car was available and took a deposit. Car could not be located the next day. Dealership refused to refund deposit within 24 hours of the cancelled sale.
