We have been having our Honda Pilot serviced at Commonwealth Honda in Lawrence for many years. They are dependable. Oil change prices are the best around. I had a great experience leasing a 2013 Civic here recently. I went to Commonwealth after a really negative experience at another Honda dealer in Lynn--where I'd previously leased a 2010 Civic and whi recently. I went to Commonwealth after a really negative experience at another Honda dealer in Lynn--where I'd previously leased a 2010 Civic and which ran me through the standard nightmare car shopping experience (right down to snatching my keys and the awful back and forth with the unseen "manager" in another office). From the get, Commonwealth was fantastic. The agent with whom I worked, Wilson, was professional, informed, detailed, and seemed to genuinely want to meet my needs in terms of price. For what it's worth, the first price he came back with was significantly better than the third (and best) price I got from that other dealer. I left extremely satisfied with the deal we agreed on. In the days and weeks since, Wilson and a few other members of the Commonwealth team were in touch to check in about the car and my satisfaction. I had no issues and was very happy with the lease terms so I can't comment on what they could have offered or done, had there been an issue. However, they certainly didn't need to get in touch (or send me that tin of cookies) and the fact that they took the time to do so says a lot. The only time I heard from that other dealer I previously leased from was when my lease was ending and they wanted to sell me something else. The only work I had done at the Service Dept was the initial inspection, pretty routine, though when I showed up there was a decent line that they got me around. I was out in about 20 minutes. All in all, I'll definitely go here first for my next lease or purchase. More

The sales person listened to my needs and questions and did their best to address them. The finance and management personnel that I had interactions with were as professional and knowledgeable as the sales person was. My vehicle was prepped for delivery without confusion and on time. Overall my experience purchasing a new vehicle from Commonwealth Motors was excellent and I highly recommend them. More
