After visting the Express Service at Commonwealth Honda, Lawrence MA dealership on 8/1/13, my expectations were once again exceeded. Upon arrival into the drive-in garage, I was greeted by "Glenn Wallace". I appreciated Glenn's organization, explanation of service options and overall professionalism. What I also liked the most was that I was not asked to do any other service, which I was not asking to do at this time. Unscheduled and unannounced visit on 6/1/2013. Check engine light on. Service was packed...line out the door. I walked over to the Service Manager. Told him of the issue. He walked out to my car, with a code reader machine, identified the problem and said we can have it fixed within the hour.....better yet...still under warrantee....(fouled spark plugs)..since I was leaving on a business trip Monday, this was perfect.
