The staff in general were extremely helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to work with Enyel. This was the first new car purchase I have ever made and my anxiety level was through the roof. He was friendly and joked around which helped me calm down and actually enjoy the car buying process. John Murray was also another pleasure to work with. Together both Enyel and John worked hard to make sure I got to drive my car off the lot in a timely manner. It was a great experience as usual that the service rep (Mike) took care of my need and he was generous to answer my questions on for an oil change. This is our 6th new car that we have bought from Commonwealth Motors. We traded in our 11 year old Honda Accord for a 2013 Honda Accord. Our salesperson Daniel Young was wonderful. We didn't know whether we wanted to get a CRV or Accord and my husband and I took both cars for a ride. We also brought my sister along and she bought a 2013 Honda CRV. Daniel was very patient with all of us. The color car we wanted was maroon/burgundy and they didn't have that color at the dealership. Daniel went on a search and found it. We have dealt with the service departments of both Commonwealth Honda and Commonwealth Chevrolet for the past 21 years and they have always taken care of us.
