BUYER BEWARE - THE WORST CAR EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE! BUYER BEWARE - this dealership uses unfair business practices to close deals. They outright lied to me, did not live up to their commitments and when BUYER BEWARE - this dealership uses unfair business practices to close deals. They outright lied to me, did not live up to their commitments and when called out, they responded by saying there was nothing I could do about it. I have evidence to prove they lied to me, including several texts, and when presented with the facts, the manager (I believe his name was Hector) responded by saying "why would I do anything, we already got him to sign". I contacted Honda Finance directly, who confirmed that the dealership was not living up to its commitment, but said that was between me and the dealership. Honda Finance said it would not get involved. I am now stuck with a vehicle that I no longer want for the next three years. I paid more than the initial agreement because the dealership lied to me. In conversations, Honda Finance confirmed one of the dealership's lies, but said there was nothing they could do and it was a dealership issue. It's a real shame it has come to this. I have leased five or six Honda vehicles in a row, and planned to continue to do that for both myself and my children. Now I tell everyone I know to stay away from Commonwealth Honda, and will certainly no longer do any business with Honda in the future. I've learned that you just can not trust the organization so I will move on to a brand that may appreciate my business and loyalty. More
