I am so happy about my experience with Commonwealth Motors. When I first arrived it was snowing like crazy. There was a gentleman to greet me and open the door for me. Tyler was extremely helpful and we took a test ride in the new Honda Civic. He explained all the new features and was very patient with all my questions. My old lease had expired and I needed a new lease however my credit had gone down since I was last there to lease. John Murray spoke to Honda and fought for me, explained to them that I had never missed a payment and had five Honda cars over the years. They got me approved and everything couldn't have gone smoother!!! Tyler even cleaned the snow off my car for me as it had built up as I was there. I picked up my new car today and love it! Tyler went over everything and I give him the BEST recommendation possible!!!!! He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and overall a great Salesman! I plan on going to Commonwealth Honda again when this lease is up! I wouldn't go any where else!!! They also asked me, while the paper work was in process, if I wanted coffee, tea, and cookies in the break room with television. All the people who worked there were friendly and all gave me a smile and a Hello!!! I appreciate the professionalism I received, the dealership was spotless, everyone was so nice, and it was really fun to ring the bell!!! Everyone clapped and it was great!!!!! I Thank all who helped me!!!! Tyler Reed and John Murray were really helpful and both deserve the highest praise possible. They certainly have a lifetime customer in me!!! Thanks Again!!!!!!!!!! More

Negotiations were positive and professional, and based on trade in allowance for my 2008 Odyssey, and price and financing for the new Odyssey, we came to an agreement on the purchase. The experience with Karen in the business office was equally positive and professional, and I really appreciate that there was no pressure to purchase questionable extras. More
I was able to ride right into the service center when it was raining out on a Saturday morning and the service advisors were ready to receive me and they were efficient with processing my information. These salesman were well informed, helpful and we did not feel the "high pressure" sales approach we found at other dealerships. Also Jim Volpe was excellent at explaining all the financing options. I brought my car to Commonwealth Honda for my routine maintenance recently and I was quickly reminded of why I never dread going there. It seems no matter what time of day I go the wait is minimal and maintenance recently and I was quickly reminded of why I never dread going there. It seems no matter what time of day I go the wait is minimal and comfortable. I bring my laptop, connect to the free wifi, and try get get a little work done while I wait. The people there are courteous and if you watch them you'll see that everyone there works with a sense of urgency and purpose. They bend over backwards to fix my issues and always do so with smiles on their faces. Shortly thereafter my car hit 70,000 miles and I could hear a little squeaking in the rear wheels so I returned to the service department. The first thing that shocked me was the service representative remembered my name. Pretty impressive considering there are business I frequent much more often who still act like it's the first time they've seen me. A close inspection of my vehicle revealed it was time for a new brake job. Not something you like to hear but, hey, I got 70,000 miles out of the first brakes. They gave me a 10% discount since I am a regular and had a shuttle drive me home right to my doorstep so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership. When the shuttle driver dropped me off he asked me what time I wanted him to pick me up and ended up showing up right on time. My car was ready and waiting for me at the dealership. Overall, I like the quality of the work they do on my car but I especially appreciate commonwealth's respect for my time. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. More

I arrived at their service center without an appointment, and I needed to get my vehicle inspected. Buddy greeted me with a friendly welcome, and he noticed right away that my sticker was expired. He quickly took my information while another attendant put covers over my car's seats and foot wells. Once I signed the service paperwork, Buddy led me to the waiting area which is nicely equipped with coffee, cookies, a large HDTV, and many comfortable chairs. Less than 20 minutes later, Buddy came back to tell me that my car was ready. He summarized the work that was done, let me know that everything looked good, and informed me where I could find my car (even down to the parking space number). I fully recommend the service center at Commonwealth Honda for all your vehicle maintenance. More

I was apprehensive going into this dealership due to my credit rating but that was not the case. I spoke with Jeff Donahue and he convinced me to come over to Commonwealth Motors. I found out my rating was not quite as bad as I had imagined and John Thompson provided worry-free/hassle-free sales. My experience with sales went so well that when the torched was passed to Financing, I found John Murray putting a smile on my face. Dealing with both John's (Thompson and Murray) made me feel like they really understood my situation and eventually I promised to return soon! More
