Managers need better customer service The two sales managers that I had to deal with in the process of buying my new vehicle were miserable to deal with. I dealt with Malcom after the sale The two sales managers that I had to deal with in the process of buying my new vehicle were miserable to deal with. I dealt with Malcom after the sale and he couldn't have acted like he cared less about me. Probably said about 5 words to me. At the end of the experience he just walked up to me, slid the car title to me and walked away, not even a word, so rude. I just spent 30 grand at your dealership how about a little customer service. Andre wasn't much better, he was at least somewhat personable however he was very condescending and quite frankly didn't seem trustworthy. Oh and the best part is they pay their customers to come on sites like this and give them 5 stars...a bit unethical if you ask me. More
