Another Positive Experience with Commonwealth I recently purchased my fourth Honda Accord, over thirty years, from Commonwealth Motors. As usual I am happy with the car, satisfied with the price and look forward to the great service they offer. My purchase was handled by Joel Ruiz. He is an excellent representative of the company. I was pleased by his manner and concern for getting the car I wanted at a price i targeted. Of course they made money on the deal, but I felt Joel met me half way in the negotiations and was always pleasant while working through our differences. They was never any hostility or pressure from him. I am really impressed by this fellow. I would also like to mention Carmen, The manager of the Honda dealership. He is a real take charge guy. I had a problem with the registry so called Carmen. When I laid out the issue, he responded, "Give me five minutes and I will get to the bottom of this." He called back with a solution I liked. Carmen is not a guy who walks you through the daisies tossing petals in the air. He will deal with your problem and get you a solution; one that will make you happy or one that won't. After thirty years of business , I am really tired of the Royal Dansk cookies in the service department. More

It was almost 5, and Lee told me it would have to be a first thing in the morning repair (EGR valve replacement).Commonwealth courtesy shuttle brought me home. I asked for early afternoon pickup - it was ready by 2pm the next day, and the shuttle came to my house for the ride back to Commonwealh. Great experience. More

Comfort, honesty, ease of communication during service visit In May of 2014 I brought my 2013 Honda Civic in for service at Commonwealth. I read the instructions on my car computer screen and it noted I was due In May of 2014 I brought my 2013 Honda Civic in for service at Commonwealth. I read the instructions on my car computer screen and it noted I was due for an oil change. It also mentioned to "Glen" at Commonwealth Motors that I thought the computer was indicating I may need an air filter. Glenn reviewed the maintenance service recommended for my car and indicated that I could reasonably wait until my next visit to replace the filter. The key is that Glen is showed me that a dealership can make me comfortable asking questions, can provide an honest assessment of my vehicle's needs and communicate this to me in a friendly manner. You know, the way I see it, a car will need maintenance and there are costs associated. That's a reality. What I find particularly refreshing is that I can get that maintenance knowing Commonwealth's service department and I are on the same wave length: knowing that the customer will return if he knows he's getting the appropriate service at a fair price. We started looking at a Kia but after we talked about what we really wanted out of the car, and what our own research showed, Bob took us through and we looked at several other brands and ended up with the Honda CRV. Very easy, very reasonable, and the fact that we were educated consumers just helped the whole deal flow. We already recommended Bob and Commonwealth to two other friends. More
