Unfortunately, I can't give a lower rating. our entire experience was strange to say the least. I will leave it at that! We purchased a vehicle from them roughly a month ago and right away problems, which we quickly addressed to the service department, and they said if no engine light was on they couldn't do anything. Mind you we have a three-month 3000-mile warranty which neither has expired. So we took it to a local mechanic and discovered the engine needs major repairs. I have made so many calls to them to speak with Joe the general manager and for some unseen reason he is never available! Like the invisible man! This has been going on for almost two weeks! We traded in our car that we had for 5 years with no issues and they took it to the service department and gave it quite the inspection, does it have extra keys, manual, Ac work and so on. for a very low trade in value. All we want is for it to be repaired or a total refund, Car is undrivable as it is, or it will destroy the Engine. Be vary cautious of this dealership! More
I purchased a 2023 Audi A4 from Columbiana Ford in April 2025. I was unable to travel there so needed to conduct the transition over the phone until delivery of the vehicle. As is similar to an above complaint, I asked the sales rep, Josh Wilt, and his manager if the car had any accidents and was told very clearly that it had not. Upon delivery of the car it was clear that the info they provided was false and the sales rep informed me that their dealership had, in fact, body work done to the car but did not paint the work because it would have cost them too much. The finance person, Jason, did everything possible to obfuscate the actual interest rate and bank fees, which was not clearly shown until delivery of the car. His explanation of the rate difference, when questioned, was suspect at best, which is likely generous. Lastly, the car was delivered with only one key, which was never mentioned prior to delivery. The sales rep texted me during the delivery that he would provide me with a second key. After two weeks and only when pressed, he said “we just don’t have the power to expense something like that unfortunately.” Extremely poor experience dealing with Columbiana Ford. The only suggestion I can provide to other consumers considering Columbiana Ford is BUYER BEWARE More

Genuinely floored by how rude the general manage Joe was. My parents purchased a 42k Cadillac over 3 weeks ago. They were told the sunroof was being repaired and it would be delivered in 3 days. After 3 weeks and countless phone calls it turns out the Columbiana ford mechanic fried the entire electronics system in the car and they have been trying to cover it up. We discovered this by finally talking to the local Cadillac dealership. My parents have been very stressed about this entire ordeal. When I tired to talk to Joe, he immediately began interrupting me and was EXTREMELY unprofessional, arrogant, and rude. He eventually hung up on me. My parents have been making insurance payments and waiting on this car for almost a month. The entire dealership doesn't answer the phone. Nobody will give the owners name. I am currently hiring a lawyer for my parents because this has been so gross and horrendous for them. What an unbelievable experience. Some of the most horrendous customer service I've ever experienced. Everybody involved should be absolutely ashamed. There is no reason that buying a car should be this stressful. There are many other dealers where you will get better service and much less headache. Entitled dealerships like this one with salesmen who got an inflated ego from the pandemic vehicle shortage need to go out of business. They treat you like it's a privilege to purchase a vehicle from them. No respect for the customer. More
Took my van in for speedo recalibration, was told it was good. Returned to have it done again on the same day after finding it to still be incorrect. Service writer asked me to come outside with him to show me that his service dept. smashed the front of my van with another customer vehicle. After all of this , while I was driving home I found the speedometer was still incorrect by checking it with the GPS on my phone. I called to tell the service dept. it was still wrong and that I would like my money back. They advised me that they warned me that it might not work when I took it in and no refund would be issued. Still waiting to see if my van will be fixed and if the work will be of any quality. Columbiana Ford service dept. did advise me that they would make it right. I will follow up when repairs have been made. More
Columbiana Ford went above and beyond all my expectations. My sales lady, Carrie Kukulka, was the best sales person I have ever had. Since I have bought what was my dream truck I have been through literal xxxx . My fiance and I had to pay 3675.00 in taxes to get license plates. The dealership I purchased my Ford Edge from has closed. I still have Ford pass points left to pay for my oil change. Columbiana Ford was helpful in seeing that I could use those points.
