I apologize about your experience, this is the first we have heard of your dissatisfaction. We had the Ranger on the lift before we put it on the lot and didn’t see any frame damage. I wish you would of contacted us and we could of helped you. The vehicle had a warranty on it. We don’t ever want our customers to be unhappy.

In your response the author of the email mentioned the issue of frame damage. I did not state the frame was the problem. The specifics of the truck is a badly corroded bed that could slide or flip off with a moderate load causing peril for the occupants or nearby vehicles or bystanders in the area of the event. I had the bed replaced and had several pictures taken of its sorry state. If you want to see the pictures I can send them to you via email attachment if you give me an address. A trained mechanic would have seen the condition of the bed on a lift or even laying under the truck. Your response to my email is weak at best and at worst is not telling the truth. Again my main point is the safety issue and I think you should be held accountable. A response from the owner would be a good gesture to start with. Then we could go from there.
