Tire Problems I was traveling home to FL when I had a leak in my tire so I stopped at Columbia Honda to have it fixed. I was met with smiling and courteous employees and introduced to TJ who took excellent care of me. He got my tire fixed, showed me where the coffee was at and comfortable chairs. TJ got everything taken care of in record time and back on the road home. He is an asset to your company and service department. More

Oil change, tire rotation, Minor warrantee work. Took my 2016 CRV in for above service morning of 02-15-2017. Can't begin to tell you the pleasant experience I had. Was greeted at &:05 by service writer T.J, explained that I wanted Oil Change, X pattern Tire rotation and speedometer cover glass cleaned on inside (warrantee) I was out of there at 9:00 < all work done. Every person at the dealership I met were more than friendly and willing to help. Coffee and donuts and service writer made my day with the puppy she had! Just a great day and well worth the 38 mi. one way trip to Columbia from Jefferson City. Thanks all and especially T.J "Ray" More

Amazing service department I had new tires, new battery, new wheel because one was bent and oil change. TJ and the crew were wonderful along with the parts person who quoted es I had new tires, new battery, new wheel because one was bent and oil change. TJ and the crew were wonderful along with the parts person who quoted estimates ahead of time and helped me with options. Then I couldn't believe it when TJ called and recommended Cooper tires that have been appreciated by other customers PLUS they were cheaper. What service place does that? I've never heard of that. I really appreciate Columbia Honda service since my husband had a stroke three years ago. They treat me like a person instead of a "woman who doesn't know anything about cars". They treat me with respect and are genuine about helping me. It gives me peace of mind that I have help when I need it. Kudos to the whole service team!!! More

Professional honest help Took my car in because it would not start (only one time) and I wanted everything checked before driving it out of town. The service department staff were unbelievably accommodating; coffee, comfy chairs, ESPN, etc. after 30 minutes they told me they checked all major systems related to a starting problem; alternator, starter, battery, and could not find any problems. They said it's possible a dome light was left on in my car which caused the battery to be a little low. They charged the battery it and sent me on my way- no charge! Unbelievably professional and honest experiene. More
