Amazing care! Wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else. If there is a problem they will do their best to make it right. The biggest reason for not having went there 1st was price, after multiple trips to lesser shops, Columbia Honda comes out less expensive without the hassle of multiple trips. More

Very knowledgeable Service Department My dome light wasn’t working and I took it to another service department couple of months ago and they said it was a wiring issue. So today, I thought My dome light wasn’t working and I took it to another service department couple of months ago and they said it was a wiring issue. So today, I thought I take the plunge and have John and his team look at it and fix it for me. Turns out that my car has two switches for interior lights and the one in the very back cargo area was turned off. And just like that, presto, my interior lights work now! It was literally just a flip of a switch! I love it when things happen like that, but it makes you question the other service department! Going to a dealership that has certified OEM techs has paid off since they actually knew that there was a switch in both places and to check them both! This is the 2nd time that this team has helped me with quick fixes where no one else could! More
