I took my Pilot to find a problem with a vibration while I was driving. Shawn Barnhart, the mechanic, quickly found it need two front axels. He repaired the vehicle and there are no more problems. I trust the dealership to not try to hoodwink me into unneeded procedures. I think they are careful, knowledgeable and thorough. (So, by 11 am). By that time I did not have a way to make arrangements for an alternate vehicle. More
