Horrible horrible experience. They sell me. Brand new Ford Escape that already needs an entire cylinder head replaced. Was told that oil change was done & a flush to get rid of me They sell me. Brand new Ford Escape that already needs an entire cylinder head replaced. Was told that oil change was done & a flush to get rid of metal shavings supposedly left from manufacturer, & then after another breakdown on highway told at another dealer that the master-technician believes no work was ever done on vehicle. Since I moved to the Windham area, I started using Columbia Ford Kia as my service department. I have also bought two cars from them, and I am considering another one. The place is always clean and comfortable, with a very good cafe that helps move the time along when I am waiting for my car. More
