On the used car I purchased from Columbia Chevrolet, the transmission died after 4,000 miles. They are not standing behind the sale at all, and tell me that the (6 month) warranty was up by 10 days. But d transmission died after 4,000 miles. They are not standing behind the sale at all, and tell me that the (6 month) warranty was up by 10 days. But during a check in call I made to their service department, they told me it would be covered, and even gave me the part name they were waiting on. Now comes the UNBELIEVABLE part of the story. They told me that the service manager I talked to had me confused with another customer. So their apology to me during my 4 1/2 week wait while my car sat in their shop was, "Sorry, honest mistake, we confused you with a different customer!" (that ALSO had a 2017 Tahoe recently purchased from them that had a bad transmission, and had a warranty question.) Can you imagine, of all the gin joints, that there was a customer JUST LIKE ME. So weak. And again, their gift to me for my troubles was an inflated repair cost ($7,200.00) But they would discount it by $1,000.00 for my troubles. I called another reputable Chevrolet dealership in the area, gave them my VIN number, and asked for an estimate on a rebuilt transmission replacement. $6,200 - $6,400. Imagine my surprise!!!! Stay away from Corey......... More
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE avoid this dealership at all costs. Purchased a used vehicle for ~$30,000.00 and took it back after 6 months and 1 1/2 weeks (driven 4,000 mi.). The transmission died. After tell costs. Purchased a used vehicle for ~$30,000.00 and took it back after 6 months and 1 1/2 weeks (driven 4,000 mi.). The transmission died. After telling me it was a part and that it would be covered under warranty, they changed their story a week later and said it would not be covered. This is after keeping it over 4 weeks, and 90% of all communications came from me calling them because I was not getting any updates from them. Management cross communication is the poorest I have seen in any organization (left hand doesn't even know the right hand exists). Their "best" offer to help me out was to provide an inflated repair cost and then discount it to (still) a bit more than any transmission repair shop in the city would charge. So please, BUYER BEWARE! They will NOT stand behind their product More
We had the best experience with our test drive and leasing process with Columbia Chevrolet. We used Michael Cantrell for the process and he was incredible to work with. He answered all of my 1,000 que leasing process with Columbia Chevrolet. We used Michael Cantrell for the process and he was incredible to work with. He answered all of my 1,000 questions and was so patient as I decided on a vehicle. He never rushed me or pressured me into a car. And overall it was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Everyone we met with was amazing. The paperwork took less than 20mins and they were quick and efficient. When my lease is up in 3 years I will be coming back to either buy or lease again from Michael/Columbia Chevrolet. More

I bought a 2020 Suburban, when you spend 70K on a vehicle you would at least expect it to be detailed when you go pick it up. Not only that but the day that I picked it up they couldn’t find my second key FO you would at least expect it to be detailed when you go pick it up. Not only that but the day that I picked it up they couldn’t find my second key FOB - I had to make a second trip over there so that they could program the key Fob, Plus give me the DVD remote that they never put in the car. I asked that day if it could be detailed again since they never did it and there was all kinds of crap all over the floors just from the manufacturing carpet underlay. That day I bought premium weather mats in which they just decided to throw over the weather mats and not detail the carpet when you lift up the all weather mat you can tell there’s all kinds of garbage still under there. I will not be buying from this dealer again or going here for services More

Outrageous key price I just bought a key for my Chevrolet Express Van for $120!! I’ve bought 2 previous. The first was $80 + $160 for key fob the second key was $40. The I just bought a key for my Chevrolet Express Van for $120!! I’ve bought 2 previous. The first was $80 + $160 for key fob the second key was $40. The fluctuations make little sense. It’s like they flip a coin to see what today’s cost will be. I complained about the cost and was told they fluctuate and there was nothing nothing they could do. It was bad enough I had to make a trip there taking off work, due to a recall. I will not be visiting this dealership again. Sent from my iPad More
I first went to Tom Gill in Florence KY and walked out as soon as prices were mentioned. A few weeks later went to Columbia and had the best experience I could have asked for. I was greeted by Mike the sales soon as prices were mentioned. A few weeks later went to Columbia and had the best experience I could have asked for. I was greeted by Mike the salesman and he was very helpful and friendly from the start. Long story short, I wound up walking away with a brand new 2012 Chevy Cruze leased for a very very reasonable price. My trade in was accepted and Mike did not hesitate to work around a budget that fit me perfectly. It seems like he was doing everything possible to make me a great deal. I loved the experience and will recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking. I will definitely make the drive from KY to Columbia Chevy for anything...well worth the time. More
