He answered all of my 1,000 questions and was so patient as I decided on a vehicle. He never rushed me or pressured me into a car. And overall it was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Everyone we met with was amazing. The paperwork took less than 20mins and they were quick and efficient. When my lease is up in 3 years I will be coming back to either buy or lease again from Michael/Columbia Chevrolet.

I first went to Tom Gill in Florence KY and walked out as soon as prices were mentioned. A few weeks later went to Columbia and had the best experience I could have asked for. I was greeted by Mike the salesman and he was very helpful and friendly from the start. Long story short, I wound up walking away with a brand new 2012 Chevy Cruze leased for a very very reasonable price. My trade in was accepted and Mike did not hesitate to work around a budget that fit me perfectly. It seems like he was doing everything possible to make me a great deal. I loved the experience and will recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking. I will definitely make the drive from KY to Columbia Chevy for anything...well worth the time.
