The necessary repairs were fine. My only problem was that the previous service manager told me it would take a couple of hours so I just said that I would wait for it while it was b My only problem was that the previous service manager told me it would take a couple of hours so I just said that I would wait for it while it was being serviced. The new service tech told me it could be as long as 4 hours. I would have had someone follow me out had I known it would have taken that long. More

Genesis is a terrific car however I will not be purchasing another because of the poor service department. Took car in for a recall by appointment at 8 A.M. Was told it would take 3 to 5 hours a purchasing another because of the poor service department. Took car in for a recall by appointment at 8 A.M. I called several times starting at 3 p.m., left messages; no return calls Went and picked up car around 5 p.m. Couldn't fix; did not have part. Made new appointment for July 29, first available! More
