For example, I had scheduled service for Nov 2, but had to change- text message communication was set for Nov 13...however sitting in the airplane on Nov 2 got a call saying they were headed out to drop my valet car off. Then the time was delayed due to shortage of cars. Overall service was quick and painless, just need to button up the scheduling and valet process. More

Recommended new filter not needed (just done previous visit), then overchaged for it. Unprofessional staff at the intake desk, took call from cell phone while helping us. From entry to exit this was yet again a smooth, pleasant experience! Love the remodel! Going in the glass enclosed service space made it very easy to speak with the staff.
