Scheduled my car to address some recalls, which took several months before I could get in. I was told the appointment would only take 2 hours on the phone, and it ended up taking 4 hours. I understand several months before I could get in. I was told the appointment would only take 2 hours on the phone, and it ended up taking 4 hours. I understand these recalls have caused massive backlogs, but this time frame was overbooked to begin with so it was set up to take longer than I had originally planned, and as a result I was late getting back to work. This to me is unacceptable, so I will not be continuing business with this location moving forward. More
Great experience with service. Only challenge is scheduling on the app and then making changes results in some miscommunication. For example, I had scheduled service for Nov 2, but had to change- text message communication was set for Nov 13...however sitting in the airplane on Nov 2 got a call saying they were headed out to drop my valet car off. Then the time was delayed due to shortage of cars. Overall service was quick and painless, just need to button up the scheduling and valet process. More
