Best dealership on this planet. I bought new and used cars her for me, my friends and my family for 25 years. I literally do think they are the best dealership on the planet and I really do think of everyone there as good friends. It seems they all have worked there the whole time too, now that Jayme is back. Greatest car on earth at the greatest dealership on earth, right here in Cincinnati. I recently became aware of an accident reported against a TSX I purchased from Columbia Acura. The car was a demo and Columbia was the only owner prior to me. They failed to disclose the accident and the r TSX I purchased from Columbia Acura. The car was a demo and Columbia was the only owner prior to me. They failed to disclose the accident and the resulting damage/repair. I will be contacting a lawyer about this. Other issues - I had the car in at 19000 miles for squeaking brakes. They told me they needed to replace the pads, but the squeaking never stopped. I don't believe the pads were replaced at all. Avoid Columbia Acura at all costs. They are liars, are unethical, and don't deserve your business. I will never deal with them again. More
I brought my MDX for 12,000 mile service. The people at service counter were very unfriendly and arrogant. When I was trying to tell the service rep the few mminor problems I've encountered in the past se service counter were very unfriendly and arrogant. When I was trying to tell the service rep the few mminor problems I've encountered in the past several months, I was told that because it's just a manufactured car. During my last service (6000 mile service), I complained two quality issues and they did not fix them corrently. My overall experience with Columbia Acura is quite bad, and I lost confidence at Acura's brand quality and Columbia's service. More
The place is full of arrogant people. The dealer gave the quote TSX at $25,810 (after $500 manufactory rebate). I asked if he can give me free all season matts and he said he'd like to do that if he had any profit margin. Then Acura changed manufactory rebate). I asked if he can give me free all season matts and he said he'd like to do that if he had any profit margin. Then Acura changed rebate to $1,000 before I accepted the offer. I returned back to him and said "Now you have the margin. Can you give me free matts now?". The guy said No because he got more customers now. More

4/5/2004 Brought my 2001 Alero in for service, it has gone back a second time in three days because the same problem is happening again. The service man also dind't say there was a $35 for checking for gone back a second time in three days because the same problem is happening again. Excuse me?!?<br><br>-- update --<br><br>4/9/2004 Car is back at the same facility again for the same problems. Dropped it off on Wednesday night and they were 'too busy' to look at it on Thursday. They are just now looking at it on Friday. Bad, bad service. More
