We brought the car to get looked over for a paint chipping recall we had received in the mail. This had been previously brought to the dealership’s attention 3 times in the past few years and each ti chipping recall we had received in the mail. This had been previously brought to the dealership’s attention 3 times in the past few years and each time they told us there was no recall. We finally received the recall in the mail to fix the horrendous chipped paint and now the dealership tells us we aren’t eligible to get it fixed. This is completely unacceptable!
