Excellent customer service and attention during the selling step. Allowing us to use the car over the weekend sealed the deal. The execution of the financial agreements was less than great. Two factual errors had to be corrected requiring restarts. Also we singed a document for “insurance” that cost us $999 and was not informed of the decision. The computer based document system made it hard to discern. We were simply told to sign without adequate disclosure. The final campaign outstanding on the card was done before we took delivery. They owe us a key fob (1 of 2), we worked with Hyundai. More
