I was looking to purchased a used Chevy silverado and trade in my old Toyota camry. Kendra was great at walking me through the features of the truck and all it amenities. We had a slight hiccup when we got to financing as I wanted a certain interest rate range in which I would agree to purchase the vehicle, yet when I returned the sales manager Geno had an interest rate a whole percent higher than I agreed to. IN the last minutes before I was ready to walk he called numerous lenders and was able to meet my demands and I was then a happy 09' chevy silverado truck owner. Also on another note I constantly receive discount coupons for service at the dealership which is an added bonus, even though I haven't redeemed any yet its still a nice little perk you receive by purchasing through colonial west.
