Bought a new 2009 Traverse have had nothing but trouble misfiring, front end work twice, timing chain, defrost went twice, leaks from fire wall, changed carpet twice, new tranny last year, in right now fo misfiring, front end work twice, timing chain, defrost went twice, leaks from fire wall, changed carpet twice, new tranny last year, in right now for tranny and leaky power steering, keep having trouble with their extended warranty, they only want to pay if I bring it back to them But I moved an hour away. We visited Colonial West to look at a vehicle we had seen on Autotrader.com. After calling and speaking with Jose Sarita to confirm the vehicle was available, we made the hour drive to Fitchburg. We found them to be more reasonable and realistic, they worked with us to reach a sales price and warranty option that was comfortable for us.
