Salesman Noah made a believer out of me. I bought a vehicle off of Colonial West back in 2007 and my Fianee bought one form them also the same day. We weren't totally impressed at the time we I bought a vehicle off of Colonial West back in 2007 and my Fianee bought one form them also the same day. We weren't totally impressed at the time we had a few issues with the sales manager and there were a few things that we were promised that we didn't get like having a second key made for my fiancees car since it only came with one and getting a bottle of touch up paint for us to cover a few scratches. Nothing major but they were promised to us by our salesman and we didn't get it even though we reminded him at the closing and called once more after the sale. They also sold me an extended warranty package for an extra $1500 and when I went back to have my airbag light turned off they told me it wasnt covered because I put an aftermarket radio and some led lighting in my car so I may have messed up the wiring and it's my fault. So I never got to use my warranty even once even though they promised they would cover all necessary repairs. Fast forward to 7-17-14 I have been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for a few months and I saw one I really liked in the parking lot at Colonial West. I was reluctant to talk to a salesman about the jeep after my last experience but I loved this Jeep and figured I'd give it another shot. Salesman Noah came out and took me for a 30 minute test drive letting me drive it on the highway, back roads and get a feel for how it drives in different situations. Not only did I love the Jeep but really enjoyed the test drive with Noah. We talked about car shows & off-roading like we had been long time friends. I felt comfortable with him right off the bat. He didn't try any sleezy sales gimmicks. He was very low pressure and let me make the decision not just telling me that I had to buy it or do this or that. It was a great experience overall and he turned around my negative opinion. I would recommend Colonial West and if you go there ask for Noah More

Above Par My wife recently went to dealership with my children, and a non functioning car. After feelings of uncertainty and disbelief, I called the dealership My wife recently went to dealership with my children, and a non functioning car. After feelings of uncertainty and disbelief, I called the dealership in frustration. I had the opportunity to speak with the customer relations mngr. All prepared to be brushed off by cr mgr. (as previously experienced at another dealer), I was surprised. I did not even get as far as good morning this is, before I started sharing my thoughts. Not only did the lady listen to my opinion of the situation. I spoke with the same person through out my service. I was asked for my families first names, and my main concern. My first concerned was resolved with in 5min.(my family was out the door until later that day when our car was finished. I got text messaged when our car was cleaned and finished. Thank you, you did not fix our car, you fixed our day. The second concern (really frustrating) is being told what is wrong and not understanding. She asked service and explained not to just myself. My wife as well by her first name. More

My Daughter Her name is Taniya and she is a seventeen years old Intern who, through the Work-Based Learning Program her high school and Colonial-West provides, wo Her name is Taniya and she is a seventeen years old Intern who, through the Work-Based Learning Program her high school and Colonial-West provides, works along side at Colonial-West with the Internet Sales/Customer Experience Manager Ivy Shomphe. I have bought several cars from Ivy and later had built a personal friendship. As we got to know each other I told Ivy how my daughter studies Graphic Communications at Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School in Fitchburg, Ma. I later asked if Ivy would be able to do the Work-Based Learning Program with her, after getting permission from the General Manager of Acton/Fitchburg Jeff Chandler they were was all on board. For the last three months she has witnessed excellent customer service from Ivy, she has mentored my daughter in the ways of the Internet Sales department from the first second of contact with the customer to the final check up call/email years later. Along with Ivy she works with another student in the Work-Based Learning Program and ACE program from Oakmont. I know see why she has such loyal customers like myself who will return looking for vehicles. Recently my daughter's car started to fall apart underneath her, Jeff and Ivy both kept their eyes open for potential used cars at our price range, that can last her through her years of college. After keeping their eyes open for awhile, they told me they didn’t feel comfortable put her in an unreliable car and that’s why is was taking so long but it was worth the wait. Since she is to young to purchase her own car, I signed off on a used 2005 Chevy Equinox that she is in-love with! Not only did this car build my credit, it’s built a better business relationship between my daughter, Ivy and Jeff. Thank you so much guys! More
