The technicians were excellent in communication especially the detail in their explanations of problems to address. For my old car it was first the engine issues but now I still have questions re especially the detail in their explanations of problems to address. The only problem of course is the higher price of certified VW repair work but the expertise and efficacy was - in this situation- essential and highly valued by a 2013 GTI owner. More
