I had an issue with my car, caused by the place that changed the oil. Patrick VW couldn’t fit me in for weeks, but Colonial Volkswagen of Westborough saw me in a few days. They were great. My experience with the service department was very positive. I purchased a used Volkswagen from another dealership, ran into some questions during the 30-day warranty period, and spoke to Jon at Colo positive. I purchased a used Volkswagen from another dealership, ran into some questions during the 30-day warranty period, and spoke to Jon at Colonial a couple of times for information since the car was previously serviced by them. Ended up bringing it in - at the other dealership's expense - for a diagnostic on the engine. Thankfully, they didn't find anything - although the other dealership, it turned out, had cleared the codes from the computer - but the experience was a good one and I left feeling more confident in the car and also that Colonial is a place I can bring it to again for responsible follow up. More
