Not A Great Experience At All! Horrible experience with this dealer. Sent my car here because the key was stuck in my ignition. Not only did they not diagnose my car first, they per Horrible experience with this dealer. Sent my car here because the key was stuck in my ignition. Not only did they not diagnose my car first, they performed a service without contacting me "THE CUSTOMER" to only have my new key and new ignition that I purchased with them to be stuck again two days after picking up my car. Following the issue it took them a week and a half to even justify this issue, countless phone conversations with no follow ups as promised. Only to voice one thing and completely lie about it via email. I chose to email after lies were told and also spending over $500 with this dealer only for them to quote me almost another $600 that could of been avoided on their account. Long story short instead of fixing the issue at hand, Frank basically told me in nice terms he no longer wanted my business by just offering my a refund for the service prior provided. Disgusting customer service on the behalf of both Manager & Assistant Manager! Sincerely, A customer with the key still stuck in their ignition. More
Poor customer service - Quirk is MUCH better I recently had two tires repaired on my Jetta. I picked up my car after hours and drove home, but the key wouldn't come out of the ignition when I ar I recently had two tires repaired on my Jetta. I picked up my car after hours and drove home, but the key wouldn't come out of the ignition when I arrived. I tried to remove the key for an hour. Finally I called the dealer for assistance and one of the sales reps told me that I would have to wait until morning. "I live in the city and I can't leave my car running all night" I told him. He agreed and he called the mechanic that performed the work to ask him what happened with the ignition. The mechanic told him that he was having issues with the ignition (an issue that I have never experienced) and that there was a trick to get the key out. The sales rep told me to bring the car in and the dealership would cover the cost of the ignition replacement. When I arrived today to have the ignition repaired, the service representative, Dan, refused to fix the ignition. Do not use this dealership. They do not care about customer service. Go to Patrick or Quirk. They care a lot more about customer service. More
Made appointment for recall work... and was told that the work would take all day, but no loaners were available. Transferred to someone else who said that the work could be done in 3-4 and was told that the work would take all day, but no loaners were available. Transferred to someone else who said that the work could be done in 3-4 hours, and I could wait. So, scheduled the appointment to have the recall work done. Got there early and waited for 40 minutes before they told me that whoever scheduled my appointment didn't check if they had the parts. They didn't have the parts, so they couldn't do the work. Total waste of time. More
