My wife traded in her 8year old car for a new Pussat. Sean O'connor was our Salesman and he was terrific. He gave us the opportunity to look around test drive a car and made us feel like we were really relaxed in this whole car leasing process. We traded in our car and got a great lease rate for three years. We even had money left over to save from our trade and we will save it for our next lease in three years. Sean is a great guy and should be complimented . My wife is so happy with her new Passat and we will spread the Good word about Colonial Volkswagon of Medford. We are customers for life. I can't say enough about this place!! I had never bought a car from a dealer before (always bought my older brother's car from him when he upgraded!). I bought my 2006 VW Golf there 6 weeks ago. I called about the car and was able to test drive the same day. Anya was the sales person and she could not have been friendlier. She was extremely knowledgeable about the car and the whole process. I really felt comfortable with her. She made the whole experience easy. She walked me through the dealership and garage and answered all of my many questions. She did not try to up-sell and was very respectful of my price range and interest. The whole office staff was also very welcoming. They gave me time to think about it (3 weeks) without being pushy. I had to bring the car back in two days after I bought it to get the 12 volt fixed. They knew I was in a hurry and the mechanics and staff had me out of there in an hour on a busy day. It was a hot day as well and the owner of the dealer brought all the employees slush and offered me one as well. It's the most welcoming waiting room I've been in in a long time. All the employees seemed to get along well and there's a very friendly vibe in the whole establishment. They helped with financing and all the paperwork -they take care of EVERYTHING from registration and inspection to changing the plates - Anya even personally scrubbed my old plates so they'd look clean on my 'new' car. I would gladly send my own mother here to buy a car and know that she would be in good hands. More

Tony was carefully attentive to our questions, but never overbearing. He followed up on all inquiries with detailed responses. On Tony's day off, Matt met with us and continued to give us additional information and helped us measure and explore the seating, a particular concern of ours as our family is tall. Tony made the actual sales process smooth and was efficient with our time. He gave us a quotation for the price which was honored through subsequent changes. He also worked with us to find the precise model of a diesel station wagon we wanted. The day we took the car, he spent a good deal of time going over all of its features and making sure we understood them clearly. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed with information, and since owning the car, we have been able to use it well. Subsequent to the sale, they have been attentive through e-mail, and the parts department gave us discounts on accessories we decided to buy later. A special "Attaboy" goes to ken, who gave Tony extra support in helping us. More

I chose Colonial because they had the widest selection of Tiguans available according to my online searches. I had done enough research beforehand to know what options were available, what I needed, and how much I wanted to pay. Greg listened to what I was looking for and was able to put me in the exact model and color I was looking for. He got me a good value on my trade-in and worked with me to get to the price I was comfortable with. He took me on a very long test drive so I could really get a feel for the car and took the time to explain all the features and nuances of the vehicle. Once I made the decision to purchase, Anna guided me through all my Financing offers and was able to get me into a lower monthly payment than I could get from my company's credit union. And as a big plus, since the car I wanted was on the lot, I didn't have to wait 4-5 days to pick it up. I was able to go out to lunch, come back an hour later, and drive home in my new car. This is the third new car I have purchased and was, by far, my best buying experience. More

Billy showed the car alternatives, explained the features, and made sure he knew what the Internet / eMail deal was before getting the final deal done. Car was delivered on time, and we are on our way with new wheels for another 3 years! Note: Dealers who do not adapt to the new Internet quoting world will never get my business. More

I actually took the car back to them 2 day later to have the automatic starter installed and the service consultant was terrific. His name was David Petillo and he made me feel very welcome and they even offered me a ride to work and a pick after work to retreive my car.
