Tony was carefully attentive to our questions, but never overbearing. He followed up on all inquiries with detailed responses. On Tony's day off, Matt met with us and continued to give us additional information and helped us measure and explore the seating, a particular concern of ours as our family is tall. Tony made the actual sales process smooth and was efficient with our time. He gave us a quotation for the price which was honored through subsequent changes. He also worked with us to find the precise model of a diesel station wagon we wanted. The day we took the car, he spent a good deal of time going over all of its features and making sure we understood them clearly. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed with information, and since owning the car, we have been able to use it well. Subsequent to the sale, they have been attentive through e-mail, and the parts department gave us discounts on accessories we decided to buy later. I chose Colonial because they had the widest selection of Tiguans available according to my online searches. I had done enough research beforehand to know what options were available, what I needed, and how much I wanted to pay. Greg listened to what I was looking for and was able to put me in the exact model and color I was looking for. He got me a good value on my trade-in and worked with me to get to the price I was comfortable with. He took me on a very long test drive so I could really get a feel for the car and took the time to explain all the features and nuances of the vehicle. Once I made the decision to purchase, Anna guided me through all my Financing offers and was able to get me into a lower monthly payment than I could get from my company's credit union. And as a big plus, since the car I wanted was on the lot, I didn't have to wait 4-5 days to pick it up. I was able to go out to lunch, come back an hour later, and drive home in my new car. This is the third new car I have purchased and was, by far, my best buying experience. More

I actually took the car back to them 2 day later to have the automatic starter installed and the service consultant was terrific. His name was David Petillo and he made me feel very welcome and they even offered me a ride to work and a pick after work to retreive my car. We purchased an additional warranty which will extend to 100,000 miles. We had no complaints and only experienced positive interchange with staff. Would recommend to others. More
