In the end I settled on this dealership even though it was not the one closest to me because they helped me understand the price they were offering, and showed me how other quotes I had received from other dealers were dishonest. And when I checked myself I found that they were right. The buying experience was completely painless, and the review of the vehicle after my purchase was thorough. They even noticed that my drivers license had just expired, and got me a new one online. Since my purchase they have followed up with me several times. I continue to appreciate the attention. I will happily return should my family need another VW. More

Even though I walked into the showroom just before closing one night, Greg greeted me with a handshake and a smile, and stayed late to explai start. It was refreshing that a salesperson actually knew about the car they were selling, and he knew about the competition enough to have a constructive discussion about the other cars. When I came back the next week, Greg was very helpful showing me the models they had in stock and what was available in their system. He found what I wanted and we eventually sealed the deal over the phone. I never felt pressure which was refreshing, and all of the staff seemed to work well together. If Greg was busy with a customer when I stopped in, someone was more than willing to show me around, etc, without the sense of "stealing" my sale.
