I did purchase that day because I got not only the best price on the car, but also better service then I expected. They even took the time to track down the exact car (color and options) that I wanted, so I have exactly what I was hoping to buy. Jason even went through all the features and controls on my particular car when I took delivery, which was very helpful and better then reading through the whole owner's manual. We came from NH to look at a used 2007 Passat wagon. I called ahead of time and Alan had the car waiting out front for us to test drive! Anna, the finance manager was fantastic and even came in on her day off, so we wouldn't have to make mutiple trips to the dealership! And it certainly wasn't the usual finance office experience. Anna was very friendly, relaxed and helped us choose a warrranty that fit our budget and needs. Both Al and Anna were great with our 3 1/2 year old daughter. Supplying her with stickers, and a balloon when she started getting cranky. Our new vehicle was cleaned and gassed as promised when I picked it up. Al helped me transfer the car seat into the new vehicle and gave me an overview of the accessories. I wouldn't hesitate to send a friend or family member to this dealership!
