We made our first contact via internet with concierge Dawn DeJesus, who was prompt, welcoming, and informative. She set up our appointment with salesperson Ted Cicchino, and it was an ideal match. Ted was friendly, patient, helpful, knowledgable, and listened carefully to our concerns. At no point did we feel rushed in our decision, which was lovely. We were trading in two older vehicles for the one new car, and we were ready to negotiate. We had done our homework and knew what a fair price would be---and we were offered it! Ted, as well as Justin Gliem in Finance, made the process of transferring titles, dealing with insurance changes, and everything else really easy. When it was time to drive the new car off the lot, Dawn came out to say good-bye! I bought my previous car--also a Passat (one of the trade ins)-- from Colonial in August, 2000, and have been very impressed with their customer care and communication (Thank you, Dana!).
