We were already well-informed having done our homework on the type of vehicle, features, and amenities we wanted in a vehicle. Mya respected our thoughts and did not try to speak down or at us but rather spoke with us. I appreciated that. At many other dealerships any question or concern was dismissed and "talked over." I do not appreciate the heavy sales tactic approach. It's exhausting and insulting. Mya was anything but and I will return to Colonial Motor Mart because of her. I would have given 5 stars but a few hiccups within the service department (which have since been resolved) caused a bit of a delay in getting my car home when planned. More
