We have had out jeep for 3 yrs, bout the extended warranty, the "colonial lifetime warrenty" have made our payments on time monthly, vehicle started overheating, brought to the dealership 5 times now, service department put multiple thermostats in keeps over heating, last time bringing it after service center says to run it even though over heating till they can schedule, now service center says warranties will not cover because continued driving while over heated, 8 THOUSAND dollars they want...... hahha have an attorney filling a lawsuit As we speak, DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM

From the day my vehicle was purchased, I have had nothing but an unpleasant experience with Colonial. When I was sold the car I was not walked through on how anything worked, they forgot to collect my payoff on my trade-in, and scheduling service is a nightmare. I will be getting all service and do all future purchasing through #1 Cochran.
