They were enthusiastic, I worked with Chris Frank and Stan Petrigac at Colonial Motor Mart in Indiana, PA on the purchase of my 2016 Ford Edge Sport. They were enthusiastic, personable and upfront throughout the process. They didn't have what I wanted in their stock but hunted for it on their auction websites and were able to find exactly what I wanted, at the price I outlined, fairly quickly. Chris and Stan were both very professional yet friendly and open about all. The other staff at the dealership whom I would periodically have interactions with were likewise. The car is gorgeous and has no issues. They gave me a fair value on my trade-in, a bit sad to see it leave me but all I need to do is look at my new one to remind myself that I made the right decision. I would and have already recommended the dealership to friends, in fact we bought a 2013 Honda CR-V for my son from Colonial a few months ago, with help from Chris and Stan then as well. Absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had.
