All things considered, my experience was quite good. It's too time consuming to dig all this stuff out of the owner's manual. I reserve a "great" rating for service that is truly surprising and unexpected. While your service did not meet this criterion it was good and friendly. More

Sales staff was great. Plus selling of what I consider useless after sale items such as special wax, Scotch guard and undercoating insulted my intelligence. This experience caused me to loose respect for the dealership. Until this time I was convinced that they were interested primarily in my automotive needs and secondarily in their profit. Not so, had I bought any of the after sale offerings - all of my deal savings would have been lost. I can buy and apply all of the items mentioned above for less than $100 at Wal-Mart. Besides they are not manufacturer recommended. Come on Colonial, you can't really believe in these products for anything except additional profit. Very disappointed. Buy a car at Colonial but do not fall for any of these tricks. More

The buying experience was excellent. Joe and Cynthia were great to work with. The vehicle i purchased, a 2006 Torrent was listed online, with the ad stating it included two sets of keys and two fobs. I did not pursue this oversight, but that was my only negative experience. Since purchasing the Torrent, I have had to spend a total of six hours hand buffing horrible swirls out of the black paint, as well as removing freshly dried wax off of every single piece of plastic trim and light lenses. Also, cleaning the insides of the windows, which were smeared so badly you couldnt see out of them in the sunlight. I also had to replace the front brake pads and rotors. The rotors were rusted and scored so badly I dont feel they should have earned the fresh inspection sticker that is on the windshield. I have my state inspection license, and I wouldnt have passed them. I know I purchased a used vehicle, but I feel it should have been checked over more closely. Again, as far as sales staff, no complaints! Edit on 5/25/12 to add, I got my second key and fob. My review was responded to and my concerns were dealt with. Couldn't be happier! More

Joel, my sales person, was very friendly and made me feel comfortable with my decision on buying this vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I looked at. Which helped me decide on which model I wanted to buy. The people at Colonial are very easy going and nice. Also, while I was waiting for financing, I entered into thier "Free Gas For A Year" sweepstake. Well, I won. Me......the person who never wins anything. I feel like a winner all the way around with Colonial. Since my vehicle is GMC Certified Pre-Owned, I have 1 year bumper-to-bumper warranty and free oil changes, wheel rotattions & checkup for 2 years. But, along with that, Colonial has a LIFETIME warranty on the drive-train, as long as I keep the vehicle maintained per dealer specifications.
